Each class allows time to turn inward and focus on your inner being and breath. Mindful exploration will be used to experience the sensations that arise through movement. Postures and shapes that help build strength will be incorporated into each class to help you find balance and ease on and off that mat!! The use of props and your breath will be there to support you each step of the way.
